Character design comparison

Been awile since i posted due to pressing deadlines (what's knew?). Here's a comparison in a character I did for the game Skateboard Madness done digitally and a version I did for kicks the old fashioned way with pencil and watercolor. It felt weird painting with a brush and paint instead of a digital pen, but it also felt like being reunited with an old dear friend. Took awhile to realize there was no undo command when I painted.I will have to keep doing these painting refresher courses up...Waddayathink?

The Problem With Ants

Gotta go get some bug killer to spray around the base of the house...the
carpenter ants are showing in full force...keep seeing their tiny
toolboxes everywhere... :-)



Business illustration showing teamwork

This is an illustration pulled from the archives of Fian Arroyo Illustration I did years ago for a business magazine for Thomson Financial depicting teamwork. I believe it was an article on companies building teamwork skills kind of like the thing my buddy Tom's site does.

I wanted to show how teamwork in a corporate environment could keep the company moving forward in a collective effort towards a common goal.
